1. Final Sale & No Refund Policy

All sales made through AuroxSupply are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind, under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you explicitly agree that:

  • You are ineligible for a refund or exchange for any reason.

  • This includes, but is not limited to, dissatisfaction with the product, change of mind, or accidental orders.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier, AuroxSupply is no longer responsible for the item. Any claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed directly with the carrier.

3. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

By making a purchase, you agree to waive your right to file a dispute or chargeback with your bank or credit card provider for any reason covered under our "Final Sale" policy.

  • Prohibited Activity: Malicious or unwarranted chargebacks (disputing a valid, authorized transaction) are strictly prohibited.

  • Legal Recourse: In the event of a fraudulent chargeback, AuroxSupply reserves the right to report the incident to credit bureaus and debt collection agencies.

  • Documentation: We will provide all evidence, including IP addresses, tracking confirmation, and these signed terms, to your financial institution to contest and overturn any unwarranted disputes.

By clicking "Accept" or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in their entirety.
