Malicious or unwarranted chargebacks (disputing a valid transaction that was authorized by the cardholder) are strictly prohibited. Customers agree to contact our support team to resolve any logistics issues before contacting their financial institution.

2. Consequences of Fraudulent Disputes

In the event of a malicious chargeback or a dispute filed under false pretenses (e.g., claiming a product was not received when tracking shows delivery), X Creations reserves the right to:

• Permanently blackist the customer from all future purchases.

• Provide all relevant documentation (signed terms, IP addresses, tracking info) to the banking institution to ensure the dispute is overturned.

• Seek recovery for any additional fees, lost revenue, and legal costs incurred as a result of the dispute.

3. Reporting

Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to relevant credit agencies and fraud prevention databases, which may impact your credit score and ability to make future online purchases at other retailers.
