AuroxSupply | Shipping Policy

Here is the "no-nonsense" shipping policy for your site. It’s designed to shift all liability to the carrier once the package leaves your hands.


1. Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Order Processing: Please allow 1–3 business days for order handling and preparation.

  • Delivery Window: Standard shipping typically takes between 2 to 10 business days once the order has been dispatched.

  • Estimates Only: Please note that delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. AuroxSupply is not responsible for delays caused by carrier backlogs, weather, or seasonal volume.

2. Carrier Liability (USPS / UPS / FedEx)

Once a package is scanned and accepted by the shipping carrier (USPS, etc.), AuroxSupply’s liability ends.

  • Damaged Goods: We are not responsible for items damaged during transit. If your product arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling, you must file a claim directly with the shipping provider.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking confirms the item was "Delivered," no replacements or refunds will be issued.

3. Address Accuracy

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring the shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We cannot modify addresses once an order is placed.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an "Insufficient Address" or "Refused" status, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-send the item. No refunds will be provided for returned shipments.

4. International Shipping

Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, or import fees. We are not responsible for packages seized or delayed by customs.
